​A consultative approach is taken and a campaign strategy is agreed upon. Vendor confidentiality is maintained to the highest level. ​

Qualifying buyers:

​Serious buyers are quickly identified and by working closely with the buyers, a Sale and Purchase Agreement is eventually presented. ​
