Various value methodologies are implemented and assessed. A consensus is reached to present to trade or market buyers.

Gathering the facts:
A commitment to move forward is made and further information is gathered for the compilation of a comprehensive information memorandum

Marketing strategy:
A consultative approach is taken and a campaign strategy is agreed upon. Vendor confidentiality is maintained to the highest level.

Qualifying buyers:
Serious buyers are quickly identified and by working closely with the buyers, a Sale and Purchase Agreement is eventually presented.
